If you use the inquiry form, we collect your first and last name, email address, phone number, preferred date, and the description of your vehicle and its problem. We use this only to respond to your inquiry and arrange service. Sending the form does not sign you up for marketing.

Form submissions are stored in our Wix account (Wix.com), which we use to manage inquiries. If you call, text or use WhatsApp, those messages are handled by your phone carrier or by WhatsApp under their own terms and privacy policies.

Advertising and measurement

With your permission, this website loads the Google tag (Google Ads) to measure which ads lead to calls, texts, WhatsApp messages and inquiries, and to support advertising. It may use cookies or similar identifiers. It does not receive the content of your form. If you choose “Essential only”, the Google tag is not loaded. You can change your choice at any time with “Privacy choices” at the bottom of every page.

Where enabled in our Google Ads account, Google may use this information to show our ads to people who previously visited this website. We will update this policy if we add other tracking tools.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver and secure the website. We store your privacy choice in your browser’s local storage.

Sharing

We do not sell the information you send us. We share it only with the service providers named above to operate this website and respond to you, or where required by law.

Retention

We keep inquiry details as long as needed to respond to you and to keep normal business records.
